Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was received, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


🚚 Return Shipping

To return your product, it must be shipped to the address provided by our team.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted

We recommend using a trackable courier service. Please note that some local services may not provide tracking, and we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
