🚚 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Once your order is packed and ready, it is handed over to our courier partners.
📦 Delivery Time
- Rawalpindi & Islamabad: 1–2 days
- Within Province: 3–4 days
- Out of Province: 4–5 days
Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays or peak seasons.
🚫 Failed Delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the receiver, or refusal to accept the order, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, any delivery charges, return shipping costs, and applicable fees (if incurred) will be deducted from the refund amount.
We kindly request customers to ensure correct details and availability at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.

We deliver through trusted courier services including Trax and Leopards Courier to ensure safe and reliable shipping across Pakistan.
💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan.
However, delivery charges must be paid in advance for COD orders to confirm shipping.

- Express / Overnight Delivery: Rs. 500 additional charges apply
